Pros

8 hour work days for pharmacist (but have heard they are getting rid of that)

Cons

Everything. Horrible corporate management, No support, understaffed pharmacies and stores which basically means you wont have time to pee. You can ask for a random day off 8 months in advance and most likely get denied even when floaters are available. Nevermind calling out sick- ive seen pharmacists with food poisoning throwing up in the back of the pharmacy inbetween customer bc either there is no one to call or they wont send anyone in. Will look for any reason to write you up, deny a raise, or just flat ojt fire you. No advancement opportunities. Once you get a store its damn near impossible go leave as a pharmacist.

Pros

Very lenient. Almost too lenient because it gave me a false impression of how friendly people are in the workplace. But they were very flexible with my hours and scheduling which was very nice.

Cons

They were too lenient when people were late or even didnt show up at all. As someone who arrived to work on time and early, it was frustrating to see others not meet these expectations and appear to receive no punishment.
