Pros

Pay scale is fair Currently not on a timecard system Not overaly micromanaged by managment Location is good-close to home

Cons

Will be switching to timecards in the near future They changed staff from salaery pay to hourley They are changing the way personal training is paid-trainiers will be receiving less per session Benefits are terrible-heath insurance is too expensive and doens't cover enough. "Take Care Clinincs" are free-but there are none in the area.

Pros

Experience in several fields under one title. (For example, as a service clerk, you gain cash handling, customer service, inventory, and warehouse skills). Many opportunities to make a customer smile

Cons

Poor communication between its employees at ALL levels. Lack of teamwork. Lack of opportunities in advancement. Employees who take initiative are frowned upon. "Good" Customer Service is the limit. "Great" or "too good" is unacceptable.

Good pay, you can relocate to different state and keep your job title and the same pay, they have Walgreens on every corner in United States which makes it easier to relocate if you have to and keep your job.

Cons

Stress level is high, sometimes it is hard to balance personal life with Walgreen's demands of business.
