Pros

- Best pay for a retail position. - Best technology.

Cons

- Hours are constantly being cut while the CEO makes >$4 million. - Mangers never give thanks for going above and beyond and there's no benefit for doing so. - Hiring freezes at the store level and booklets being distributed about job positions being eliminated make every day feel like the last one. - The Four Way Test and Walgreen Creed are being phased out. - No room for promotion since company wide cuts are happening.
