Pros

Profit sharing is insane that match you 3 to1 for up to 2%, benefits are great and cheap

Cons

it sucks, LP's can fire anyone and everyone they want at will they get rewarded for doing so...you work hard, crazy long hours, take a lunch (only get it because it is the law)then are told they you did adiquate work or get no praise at all

Pros

Good for entry level management position straight out of college. Just do not stay too long. Pay is lower than industry standard and recent "enhancements" of medical insurances significantly lowered the value of those benefits. Will usually work with your schedule needs, but that depends heavily on particular store manager.

Cons

Growth has slowed and there is a lot of legacy people in the pipeline to take up all upcoming opportunities, so don't waste your time if you want to move up quickly, unless you're a pharmacist, than you're set.
