Pros

Job stability....as long as you aren't management and you don't mess up you are safe. They are looking to cut managers though to help save money. They have stock options and a profit sharing program. If you are a high school or college student they are very good about working around your schedule.

Cons

The hours are crappy. If you are under age 35, or you are new, you will never have a weekend off and you work alot of evenings. You won't see a lot of fair scheduling. Store management, depending who they are, talks to employees like they are 2 year olds. Its very hard to advance into management, especially now that they are not hiring managers at all, but rather cutting them.

Pros

Walgreens has a lot of potential in ecommerce. There is much growth possible. Most of the people are really wonderful, hard working and talented.

Cons

Many people leaving Walgreens Ecommerce, including some who have been there 10+ years. The management of ecommerce has said employees are expected to work weekends and long hours to get the work done. People will not remain dedicated with news like that.
