Pros

Management is pretty flexible with employees in arranging for time off. Its a stable job and can be very predictable. Very hard to get fired at Walgreens only way you can lose your job is if you steal from them.

Cons

Lots of rewiring for growth that involved paycuts and payroll hour cuts. Can't help the customers if you don't have any employees to service people. Expected to do the same amount of work with less people.

Pros

Great benefits, friendly environment, good pay, great database.

Cons

Good pay but could be better for the amount of work and stress both pharmacists and technicians handle. Especially working at a store which does +500 prescriptions per day.

Pros

You get decent medical and prescription coverage. DEPENDING ON MANAGEMENT, you can have a flexible schedule. Decent in store discount.

Cons

If you have bad management, your work schedule is not flexible. pay is not very good. Very stressful because there are not many people working at any given time. Not very good career advancement. you dont get any vacation time until youve worked there for a year.
