Pros

Good learning platform for newbies out of school and you will also be given a lot of responsibility which can mature you.

Cons

Terrible schedule and no work life balance. There is also a lot of favortism and back stabbing. Some store are very understaffed but the work still has to be done. You WILL do every aspect. Garbage, cleaning, lifting heavy boxes. Not a paper and pen job.

Pros

Size compared to other retailers is still manageable and allows employees to communicate within the structure.

Cons

Concerned that the assortment is not large enough to comoete with super store structures and makes our pricing structure higher. Pharmacy convenience is our advantage.

Pros

Pay is the only positive part of the job.

Cons

This is a good job right out of college while you are searching for a career. Moving up in this company is extremely political. The company expects your complete devotion and all of your free time; getting a hair cut or going to the doctor's office is nearly impossible. The benefits are okay. The people you manage are high school kids that hide in the break room or stock room. Not only must your run the store floor but, you are expected to assist in the pharmacy as needed. This company definitely has a good ol'boy system.
