      It is a job and you get money to w.ork there. Not bad pay and some coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Well, the stress levels are at an all new high, witht the downsizing and the and the pay cuts and the axe swinging over you every day!

      Pros

      For the Assistant Manager position you get paid fairly well for a fairly easy job. It is requires very little thought to perform your job and there is never any stress to bring home.

      Cons

      As with most retail management, you will never be fully happy with your schedule. It is very boring. You are essentially a glorified shelf stocker. The only difference is that you count money and are the person that gets yelled at by customers when they are unhappy. They can move you from one store to another as often as they like with not much notice.

      WAGS is good fit for some, probably not me. For people who are looking for stability before they retire it is better

      -Discount at the stores -Don't have to try to hard to do an acceptable job -Provide free shuttle service to the metra for those who live in Chicago.

      Cons

      -Promotions and responsibility based on tenure and familial ties as opposed to ability -Not forward thinking company -Lousy benefits -Not a good place to get to try new ideas but rather a place where old ideas come to die
