Pros

Good benefits From profit sharing to insurance packages Relaxed job allowing for time off but can be very monotonous and boring Recognition for promotion when deserved Some of the management is poorly trained and very uneducated, even some corporate emails are littered with horrible spelling People are generally easy to work with The discount offered is nice as well on most things

Cons

The customers at some locations are horrible, Walgreens is a hot spot for the crazy homeless, prostitutes, thieves, and drug dealers
