Pros

Excellent computer system. Tons of OTC patient counseling. Progression into MTM. No phones under new system. Experienced techs. Lots of staff to communicate with.

Cons

With new system without inbound calls it is hard to connect with patients. Stress is higher than other companies due to volume but boredom is not a worry.

Pros

Opportunity for raises in salary were fairly frequent. Many people worked at the same job for 10+ years,

Cons

Some good customers, many bad customers who get mad when they forget to give you the coupons and then they have to return items. Very difficult scheduling conflicts because of understaffing.

Pros

I've worked my way up from an overnight cashier to an MGT and even though it took longer than they said, They did make good on their word. I've been lucky enough to have worked with some really great store managers. I work hard and have been awarded accordingly

Cons

Everything we are suppose to do "first thing" in the morning. If we did everything it would take us most of the afternoon. They took away our overtime. Sometimes it's difficult to manage a store when you are being pulled back to pharmacy.
