Pros

Location was somewhat convenient. Benefits were okay.

Cons

Terrible training. High turnover rate. Employees very unprofessional and disrespectful to others. Patient care compromised to generate larger profits. Management has no clue about daily activities and plays "favorites". Very poor communication between management and employees. Difficult to use vacation time.

Pros

Even in tough economic times, Walgreens continues to create jobs and promote. The offer room to grow, and mentoring from management is available as well.

Cons

All warehouse positions are same rate of pay. This allows people to work in other areas with out having to adjust pay.
