Pros

Good pay, overtime can be found in the right market, employee discounts, as a manager you don't have to deal with too many people all day long!

Cons

Working 365 days per year, long hours, no breaks, often no lunches, poor communication, poor recognition, pointless sales targets

Pros

Multiple tasks which made shifts go by very fast. Good training. Most employees were helpful and there was a team like atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

Particular departments kept to themseleves. AWFUL AWFUL work / life time as I would work 6 days in a row one week then just work 4 the next. Bad timing.

Pros

They have Good Benefits, Great Profit Sharing, Opportunity for Promotions, Pay based on position not based on personal preference favortism,

Cons

They allow their District Managers too much power to govern one district completely different than the one next door. If you happened to get stuck in a different district it is almost like you have to learn how to work in a completely different company.
