Pros

-Good pay and benefits compared to competition. -Meet great people up and down the ladder of the company -Professional atmosphere in the stores I've worked at. -reasonably good opportunities to advance in company. There are favorites here and there but everyone has a chance to grow if you want.

Cons

-Scheduling done 3 weeks in advance, with difficult hours if in management. (3pm-11pm then come back 7am-3pm the next day is a mild example. Happens often) -Intense physical labor especially during taking in weekly trucks. -Poor training and communication. Many projects and or programs started by corporate are rarely communicated down to staff properly to implement effectively.
