Pros

Decent pay in comparison to it's competitors. Store managers are usually willing to work with you on the schedule if you need a certain day off.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance, very little chance for advancement, major concerns with what direction the company is heading in.

Pros

I would say the base pay for my position was slightly better than average, and the benefits were above average! I had an EXCELLENT group of coworkers, and was very lucky to have been as close as we all were. Management is pretty solid (but will vary from store to store), and they promote from within!

Cons

Unfortunately, the company seems to be taking a turn for the worse. They are treating their employees with less regard, respect, and care. Slashing hours in the front end, and strangling the pharmacies; I'm not sure where this will lead them.

Pros

Ability to work from home. Great to work with the same old wags people. Town Hall meetings do help to an extent.

Cons

Changes brought in 2 yrs back have not helped, communication is still not open, and not shared. more silos have been created.
