Pros

There is a very laid back atmosphere, everyone is pretty nice to eachother. There is a lot of room to move within the company to different organizations and departments. They are really big on diversity as well. The intern program is good experience into corporate world and you can get a feel for what working full time would be like. It also pays fairly well, moreso if you are a pharmacy intern.

Cons

Some downsides include for higher education, there is no tuition reimbursement.Deerfield is also a far distance from the city.
