Hired for one thing, do everything

Pros

Theres plenty of hours, so you can hit overtime if you wanted

Cons

Work life balance Hired as photo specialist, but now I do everything shift supervisors do.. inventory, merchandising, etc. All while running back and forth to the photo counter and having to assist customers. Would have rather just been a cashier because they get paid the same but only really have to worry about front end. Overworked and underpaid
