good pay, but bad management

Pros

Good pay, could be fun team to work with

Cons

Greedy corporate makes bad decisions. look at company stock. it is going down. most of the employees are burned out, tired, depressed, and the corporate keeps pushing "do more" with less people, because they keep cutting hours. Imagine doing 500 prescriptions with only 1 pharmacist and 3 techs. One of the tech will be new, because previous one quit. So you (a pharmacist) need to train, fill, answer phone calls within 65 seconds, do consultation, shots, reviewing, verifying. helping with putting order away, releasing out of stocks prescriptions, solving insurance and other problems. And then management want to cut hours of your 3rd tech to save money...

Pros

good healthcare if you choose the right plan a comprehensive look at many healthcare options with extensive detail on said healthcare room to learn lots of handy things for everyday life

Cons

-Metric system on how many prescriptions sold or people to call to sell said more prescriptions -corporate treats most like we are disposable which is a main reason why the turn over rate is so high for technicians. - seems like entire business model is not to keep technicians or pharmacists who are good at their jobs and just put bodies in said positions. -lack of incentive to stay with company since pay is low and stress level is very high. -computer system and speed to finish tasks. -lack of wfo options
