Pros

laidback and flexible schedule is all i can think of

Cons

mediocrity across all departments from FTEs to Vendors. Annoying and mediocre design teams that take forever impacting engineering timelines and subsequently, mediocre engineering efforts marked by red tape. There are some few rare smart and highly competent resources but they are outliers. If you want to just chill, get in here in a management role. Note that this is a vendor heavy place and they do most of the development work. Vendors undercut ridiculously and the c-suite fall for it and this impacts downstream processes and quality of work. C-Suite suck and the good ones left and the place is becoming top heavy. Not to mention they are stingy. No bonuses (which were paltry anyways) in the last few years.
