Feel undervalued and under paid for industry standards. Top base pay is caps out, and in order to make above $45 a year you have to chase the commissions super hard, which with this being a 1 person position, at each location should be easier than it actually is. Yearly bonus after cap out is always tricky. It's based on management's perception of you, not actual sales merit....it feels like that anyway.
