High expectations- extremely low pay but good for learning Rx!

Definitely fun if your coworkers are nice Great way to gain experience in Rx (as a DH or SFL)

Cons

Horrible Management- District AND Store. Low pay and refusal to increase- even when hiring CSAs at higher than SFLs. Expectations of SFLs to "clopen" often. As a SFL- I was working close to 60 hour weeks due to lapses in management. Be prepared for a lot of responsibility if anything goes awry.

Some managers abuse there best workers with the schedule.... Hence a very HIGH turnover rate in some stores.

It doesn't really seem like the company cares about you at all. Taking away bonuses/raises.
