Getting worse.

Pros

Reasonable health, dental, and vision insurance, specifically for a single person with no dependents or spouse to add. The coverage is reasonable for an overall healthy individual with low cost per paycheck

Cons

The company itself is going downhill quickly. 6 months ago, I enjoyed my job and didn't even mind when I occasionally had to work long hours to cover callouts. Now, everything is micromanaged and we are being forced to care more about company profits than actually caring for our patient safety.
