Pros

Flexible hours, Decent Co-Workers, Supportive Environment.

Cons

Leaders are overworked, instructions are often unclear or only half-given. Sometimes roles are not clearly defined or expectations are left vague. No paid holidays off, you have to work Christmas day and Thanksgiving day. No PTO/PTA unless you work over a certain number of hours on average. Don't qualify for medical benefits for same reason Training is minimal, and leaders don't seem to get a lot of training.
