Pros

As a designated hitter, you work the floor and pharmacy. I mainly worked the floor which is a very easy, slow job. I was able to read during downtime and got paid a decent wage. My wage was 17 an hour.

Cons

Pharmacy is stressful and customers are rude but that is a norm in retail. Hours are cut after flu season and in January. Receiving the hours I was promised was not a guarantee.

Pros

A good team will make or break your sanity. Most pharmacy customers are chill.

Cons

The pharmacy customers that aren’t chill will scream, threaten lawsuits/calling corporate, and even threaten employees. The one that threatened employee wasn’t banned from location so employee safety isn’t a priority. There are also metrics that are heavily pushed. And fluctuating labor hours
