Pros

- Great people - People try to do their best.

Cons

- It seems that in WalkMe after 1 year of work you become worn-down. And it seems to have happened collectively. - Low salaries. - No real benefits. - Lack of organization - Long work hours (no life-work balance). - Used to be times when you could grow, but now all the managing position are recruited from outside.
