A great work environment where you feel valued and appreciated for your work. Team leaders are professionals and supportive, guiding the team to contribute to the success of the company while taking care of each team member's professional and personal growth. Another great advantage is the flexibility in terms of working hours and the option to work from home most of the time which is great for maintaining a work-home life balance.

Toxic work environment and bad engineering practices

Pros

(Some of the) people are fun, and workplace 'fun' culture is very social and eventful without being onerous

Cons

The work environment is very toxic and suffers from bad long term engineering, for which almost everyone need to pay the price afterwards - 'superstar' engineers implement big features to close important deals quickly and in a dirty manner. The deal is signed - and then everyone else need to deal with the bugs and bad code fallout from the hasty and 'hacky' approach required to deliver this feature fast. At least once during my time there management enacted a 'curfew' until the developers fixed a certain number of bugs (because nothing says 'good engineering' like forcing your engineers to stay overtime). People get constantly credited for things that people who worked for them did, while others suffer consequences for things that have nothing to do with them.
