flexibility, the other employees, benefits somewhat ok, time off offered decent.

Cons

everyone micro-manages, as an employee you feel like a child that is on a treatment plan, management has no respect for employees.

The caring staff and helpful admins made it an amazingly friendly place to work. It was a lovely location and beautiful surroundings.

Cons

The long hours and difficult days can be incredibly taxing. It is important to have an outlet in one's personal life. It can be hard due to physical nature of work.
