The team is literally amazing to work with. They provide trainings to contribute to CEUs. There is regular supervision and room to move up in the company.

Cons

This job is base salary plus incentive so there is always pressure to reach incentive. It makes it difficult to obtain and maintain work life balance.

Dangerous work at times. They switched to a bonus system verse a raises. Felt hard work was not recognized by upper upper management.
