Pros

Good leadership structure. The flow of leadership is good. see comment below on how they react to this chain of leadership. Rule by fear is the ultimate outcome. do this or you will lose your job. a simple explanation would be better in understanding the why.

Cons

micromanagement at its finest. The next level managers are scared for their jobs so they micromanage everything they can. This creates friction between store and market level associates.

Pros

At the present time due to high turn over, it was pretty easy to get a promotion within the company.

Cons

Very long hours, management was too good to even speak to you, unless they were barking an order at you. There was never enough man power to actually have the store run efficiently. Extremely low moral.
