Pros

The team leads for the most part are nice.

Cons

They (management) ultimately have 0 respect for employees, you could be on your death bed and they will still fire for not coming in. They are also biased I've seen they fire genuine hard workers yet keep people that come back from their break 30+ mins late. so don't rely on how well you work because if they don't like you then you might as well consider yourself cut.
