      - Decent pay and benefits like fitness reimbursement, internet reimbursement, cab and food facility, mobile handset reimbursement, medical insurance, etc. - Mostly good and supportive people to be around (highly dependent on the team and the manager)

      Cons

      - Trying to follow amazon culture in the policies - Frequent Management Changes - Unclear goals at times - Have to attend late night meetings because of US counterparts and business. - Office politics due to ownership struggles
