      Pros

      Dynamic work culture. There is a lot one can learn here. The environment is very friendly and working is fun with all the facilities provided.

      Cons

      Not much on-site work opportunity. Becomes kinda monotonous after some time.

      Pros

      salary is good compared to market.Work life balance is also ok.If you join Walmart are lower levels u might get some opportunities to grow but if you are going join in middle management then there will no growth path for you.

      Cons

      In IDC Bangalore specially dont join Supply chain Product team Too much of nepotism. Not a good place to grow if you don't have connections inside.Lot of Favouritism and most ppl share the same last company they have a closed group.too much flattery is required to go up.Leadership has no leadership skills they are shrewd people
