      Compensation is good Benefits like RSU from IN2 and others are good

      Cons

      The interview process was not transparent about the role and job family. Technical persons were put into Operations where 0% technical knowledge is needed. IN2 to IN4 no difference in the role or the work they perform. When getting an offer in Walmart Chennai get the complete background of the job details and don't go by HR words since the JD will have all technical ask but you get assigned to some dump work.
