      Pros

      Really encouraging work environment. Manager actually cares about your happiness -- both in and out of your role, they want you to succeed and be happy. Lots of trust & responsibility placed in you early on too, but they provide the support for you to be able to do well. Honestly have never felt more taken care of by an employer.

      Cons

      Honestly there aren't many. Slightly too frequent re-organizations, I guess? And sometimes it feels like someone is probably doing your exact same role in a totally different part of the company. (Hopefully this will change with recent re-orgs though!)
