      Depending on the team, you may end up either with least important OR most important team. That may impact the learning curve & growth. Some teams are strongly influenced by US management for some products, hence some new great ideas might be difficult to convince, prioritize and implement.

      - competitive salary - faang type prestige in India.

      Cons

      - leadership - clueless managers from service companies destroying their reports careers - if you are an engineer the expectation is so bad that you’d be spending at least the Saturday and the work day is definitely long because the expectation is not set straight
