      You get a lot of leeway with how you wish to approach solutions. Managers let you do what you do best and handle everything else.

      Cons

      No ESOPs but that's probably because you are given RSUs at the end of the year as part of your package.

      Best in class Pay, very stable, awesome perks, so awesome communities within the organization, inclusive, stress on work life balance.

      Cons

      Rapid expansion leading to suffering hiring quality, the nature and quality of work is highly dependent on the team, partially unequal treatment between US based and India based teams, not very helpful middle management, almost too much management.
