      1. Employee friendly 2. Business class travel (pre-covid) 3. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      1. Highly lethargic to adopt to market changes 2. Slow in career growth, with lot of politics. You will grow only if you have a god father 3. Wanna-be tech company like google, but the hiring now a days has become pathetic. To hire more & expand, they lowered their hiring standards to really low levels.
