      Pros

      Great salary structure and incentives. Most competitive offer in the e-commerce market. Very flexible working hours and good work life balance( also depends on the profile you join).

      Cons

      The team structure can be a bit confusing when they are putting together a new team or restructuring an old one. No other cons.
