Get to work with large scale systems , and proposal for making enhancements on legacy systems are well appreciated Walmart appreciates and rewards their employees alot. And to keep on boosting their employees motivation they indulge them with surprise gifts too highlighting their achievements.

Processes can be introduced and followed at leadership level to make planning more smoother.
