      Pay is great, benefits are strong. Flexible PTO plan is a nice perk with truly unlimited time off. Flexible work hours depending on what teams you support

      Cons

      A new SVP has decimated the Talent team. Many team members were let go (offered a potential role in Bentonville at a payout). The communication and way this new plan was laid out was awful and very unprofessional. Middle managers are all angry but won't speak up for fear of losing their jobs. Very little to no ability for promoting to a hire role. The tech teams only want to hire people who look like them.
