      You won't run out of work

      Cons

      Highly political, favoritism, leadership keeps pushing AI without understanding it. Architects are out of touch with the latest trends. This place loves buzzwords. No perks, cafeteria is overpriced. Health insurance got downgraded. No one has the balls to say anything negative to the leadership.
