      Great opportunity if you are hired in at staff IC or Sr Manager level, or entry level. Lots of big and exciting things to work on.

      Cons

      Lots of competition for promotion at mid IC levels, made challenging by frequent area shuffles and larger reorganization efforts every five years or so.
