      It's a good place with good people

      Pros

      There are many teams here and each are siloed, but my team has pretty good work/Life balance. My schedule is fairly flexible and I work with wonderful people. The PTO is available at the beginning of the year. Northwest AR is a great place to live and work. The city is idyllic in many respects.

      Cons

      Salary is on the lower end of the industry standard. The cost of living is higher here than what the online calculators state, so you might be a little disappointed that your money doesn't go quite as far as you thought.
