Pros

As I mentioned perks are good, they pay well you get free food, free cab facility, many reimbursements and stocks as well

Cons

Work culture is not good

Weird Priorities (Not a Tech Company)

Pros

- If you have a good team with projects with high visibility, then you will have engaging work with good engineers - Some teams are only 2 or 3 days in office per week, but slowly the company is trending towards 5 days

Cons

- Politics - Path to promotion depends on your manager (see #1) - Not a tech company, so you will encounter many subpar engineers - Retail-first company, so you will often times be engaged in on-call support or "mission critical" ops outside of work hours to fix something in production - Weak appraisal cycles ($) - No engineering direction from senior leadership (mostly ex-Amazon folks who got laid off from there)

Awesome work and team. Spent over 5yrs and team is really good. Alot to learn and execute

Cons

Might get little bored if your enthusiastic about working
