Pros

You will generally meet decent people in your job.

Cons

but like many places the inept get promoted because they are good buddies with management and the good workers get written up and left in lower paying positions. I say lower because all positions are low paying. You getting a raise? Are you getting a promotion at the same time? be prepared for your promotion to also eat up your raise. Dont like knowing when you will work? work at walmart. Like being spied on if even a hint of unionizing is mentioned? work at walmart.

Pros

When full time in this position you should have a consistent work schedule.

Cons

The company as a whole doesn't care about people. They fire people for no reason at all, seen many long time (decade or 2 decade long +) workers get fired and leave with nothing.
