Pros

I honestly do not have any pros besides the fact that you can move up quickly.

Cons

No holiday pay. You have to be available at anytime or you will not recieve 40 hours, even if you are full time.YOU HAVE TO WORK HOLIDAYS NO EXCEPTIONS, unless you requested the day off. Result in not showing to work on a holiday will be termination. You do not get paid enough for your hard work. No proper training.

Pros

Some co-workers are decent to work with

Cons

Store manager turnover, pressure to complete job with little resources and even less time, coworkers throw people under the bus who aren't even working in same department, attendance policy is terrible
