Pros

There are some decent associates who truly work hard but will never be promoted or recognized because the depth of greed and corruption and wokeness have destroyed the company.

Cons

*Inept Executive Leadership *Greedy Investors *Uneducated Store Management *DEI/Woke Business Model *Poor pay for the amount of work *No upward mobility because they play “move the bad employees” too much * No AC/Heat for overnight associates because Walmart does not value its employees, only it’s product * Ethics Committee is just a sham to always side with Walmart regardless of the proof, evidence, witness statements and THEIR OWN VIDEO SURVEILLANCE to verify claims of bullying, harassment, favoritism, ineptness, laziness and lying * Point system is POINTLESS when the worst attendance violators have their points removed every single week * Exploitation of high-performers without any effort to develop additional high-performers * Walmart fires the outspoken rather than look for the common failing denominators in their business model and leadership * Walmart STEALS back your Overtime after they ask you to work it - they just cut your hours later in the week once you help them when they’re in a bind * Corrupt managers are just shuffled into different positions. They’re not disciplined or fired, just moved.
