Pros

Besides the paychecks, there isn't a damn thing good or pro about hellmart.

Cons

Everything. Managers breathing down your damn neck to finish every time you turn the hell around. Hate that crap

Pros

So many employees it's hard no to make friends. Has the potential to learn a lot of other retail skills that are commonly used in other big box retail stores.

Cons

A lot is expected if you work there long enough. Not enough incentive to do what is expected. Certain policies can make feel like less of a person and more of machine.
