Pros

Good benefits, great atmosphere and energy level with co-workers, employees became friends and slowly felt like family.

Cons

drama, gossip, and the eccentric late-night customers.

Pros

I love my job and the work that i do. I find it fulfilling to step back and say "i did that" and know that it looks great and everything is right where it's suppose to be. I love the people that i work with; they're like another family to me.

Cons

When i was having complications with my pregnancy the management didn't care. They told me "you know the policy. If you leave or don't come in you will be held accountable." It made me feel like if it wasn't an incident related to my job then they weren't concerned. This was the wellbeing of my unborn child. That takes priority. I took myself out of work forvthe duration of my pregnancy. Due to a miscommunication between my doctor's office and the company that processes and approves or denies leave odf absence requests i was fired. I had my daughter 3 weeks after my termination without any medical insurance. I have since gone back to work there but i will never forgive or forget the way i was treated during that critical time in my life and that of my daughter.

Pros

I love the hours and pay. I gain friends within work at the Walmart. My managers are very friendly and other co-workers.

Cons

Being a Modular Specialist, I never knew what that was until I had notice that we had to use big metal steel to lift up the shelves and move them around the whole store. That was serious labor that took over 30 people to participate in. Moving shelves while the product is still on there without the products falling and breaking.
