Pros

So many employees it's hard no to make friends. Has the potential to learn a lot of other retail skills that are commonly used in other big box retail stores.

Cons

A lot is expected if you work there long enough. Not enough incentive to do what is expected. Certain policies can make feel like less of a person and more of machine.

Pros

There is a 1 hour lunch. You meet and form bonds with a lot of great people.

Cons

Night shift is always understaffed, but expected to do the most work. They also take the blame for everything and the store manager never socializes or visits the night shift staff becuase it's not convientent for himself.
