Pros

If you have the patience to fight corporate red tape, you can go far. Find what problems your boss' boss is trying to solve, and carve out some time to chip away at it.

Cons

Just be prepared for lots of "lifers" who are accustomed to a slow pace and don't have much personal incentive to help you.

Pros

- People are very smart and talented - Compensation is competitive - A lot of events and activities that you can join or attend - A lot of diversity - Free lunches on Fridays

Cons

- UX is top-heavy so there isn't a lot of room for growth or promotion - Imitate vs innovate – seems like we're always playing catch-up and often time copying Amazon's strategy - Working inside @walmartlabs, there's an expectation to have opportunities to work on new product development or pitch new product ideas. But there were very few, if any, opportunities - Does not move in a fast-paced environment and there are too many levels of approval process - If you are ambitious or an over-achiever, you will feel under-utilized
